Eric W. Johnston, M.D.
Eric W. Johnston, M.D., has been practicing ophthalmology since 2000. He is a graduate of Wayne State University and served his residency at Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland, OH. Dr. Johnston is fellowship trained in cornea, external disease and refractive surgery at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas, TX and board certified. His areas of interest include LASIK, cataract surgery, corneal transplant and repair, laser treatment of diabetic eye disease as well as the treatment of glaucoma. Dr. Johnston is affiliated with Metro South Medical Center (formerly St. Francis, Blue Island) Hospital and is on staff at Tinley Woods Surgery Center.
