Paul C. Vanderbilt, M.D.
Paul C. Vanderbilt, M.D., has been practicing general and peripheral vascular surgery since 1971. Board certified, he served his residency at Westside Veterans Administration and Hines Veterans Administration Hospitals. He is affiliated with Metro South Medical Center (formerly St. Francis, Blue Island) Hospital where he has been elected three times as Chairman of the surgical department and has served as President of the medical staff. Dr. Vanderbilt is a member of the American College of Surgeons, Illinois Surgical Society, and Midwest Surgical Society. He has written two articles published in major surgical journals. Dr. Vanderbilt has a special interest in the treatment of varicose veins.
