Rajiv J. Vasavada, M.D.
Rajiv J. Vasavada, M.D., has been practicing Internal Medicine since 1995. He is board certified in Internal Medicine and completed his internship at Grant Hospital, Rush-Presbyterian St. Luke's Medical Center and his residency at Michael Reese Hospital.
